One in a million is not your regular kind of company. It's mainly a way of getting paid for doing things I'ld do for fun anyway :-).
That may sound like I'm not a professional, but trust me, I know what I'm doing....
10001000 was founded in 1998, even though 'founded' is a bit much for just registering the name as a software development company. Since then, I've done a couple of project, though not too many due to lack of time. Then again, if the project is interesting enough, I'll make the time to do it. And to finish it, of course. Once I've accepted an assignment, I'll finish it. I know very well that even very interesting projects require a lot of dull work, but hey, that's part of the job!
